We’re embarking on an exciting new journey to develop a 9m and 12m bus, and we’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Product Development Manager to lead this transformative project.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the product development process for our new 9m and 12m bus models, from concept to production.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure successful project execution.
Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet strategic objectives.
Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive innovative product solutions.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product development team.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development within the automotive industry, preferably with electric vehicles.
Strong leadership and project management skills with a track record of delivering successful products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
