Job Description

Speedways Electric is seeking a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team in Gurgaon. The Sales Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting our sales and marketing teams by managing various sales activities, identifying tender opportunities, coordinating meetings, preparing presentations, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Tender Identification: Research and identify relevant tender opportunities and assist in the preparation of proposals.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to ensure they meet client requirements and company standards.
  • Marketing Coordination: Work closely with the marketing team to align on strategies and campaigns, ensuring sales materials are up-to-date and effective.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and schedule sales meetings, including internal team meetings and client presentations, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared and available.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate information regarding leads, contacts, and sales activities.
  • Sales and Marketing Audit: Conduct regular audits of sales and marketing activities to ensure compliance with company policies and improve overall effectiveness.
  • Data Analysis: Compile and analyze sales data to assist in strategy development and decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, or a related role.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with sales processes, tender procedures, and marketing strategies is a plus.
