Job Description

Speedways Electric is expanding our team to pioneer the future of electric transportation with our new L5 vehicle category. We’re seeking a talented Product Development Manager to lead our L5 vehicle category and drive the future of sustainable transportation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end product development process for the L5 vehicle category, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure successful project execution.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful product launches.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product development team.
  • Manage the homologation process to ensure all L5 vehicles meet regulatory standards and compliance requirements for various markets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development within the automotive industry, preferably with electric vehicles.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills with a track record of delivering successful products.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in vehicle homologation processes and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills
